A new movie theater concept, Film Alley, is set to open in the Breckenridge Village shopping center in West Little Rock in 2025. The concept will feature a redemption arcade, duckpin bowling, a Rock Bar, and dine-in movie auditoriums with heated recliner seating. The former Regal UA Breckenridge Theater will be renovated for the new Film Alley Little Rock. The multimillion dollar renovation of Breckenridge Village includes new restaurants and was announced in 2022. The center was hit by a tornado in March 2023, but businesses are slowly reopening. Waldo’s Chicken & Beer, DeLuca’s Pizzeria, The Root Cafe, and Flyway Brewing are among the new restaurants in the center. The Keet family’s JTJ Restaurants opened Waldo’s Chicken & Beer in June and plans are underway for a temporary entertainment district designation for the center. Overall, the new Film Alley and other renovations and additions in Breckenridge Village are expected to make the center a popular destination in Central Arkansas.
