Single fatality reported as intense storms battered Baltic nations

In Latvia, strong winds are causing water levels to rise along the coast, with the risk of flooding in Riga. The storm also led to flight cancellations and the closure of the central Dome Square in Riga. While the southern part of Estonia also experienced heavy rain and storm winds, major damage was avoided. Experts predict the storm will continue in the region until at least Monday afternoon.
