Arkansas Football Prospects Set to Visit Fayetteville This Weekend
This weekend, twelve Arkansas football prospects are scheduled to visit Fayetteville for the first of four official visit weekends. Eight of the prospects are highly rated, with linebacker Tavion Wallace and defensive lineman Kevin Oatis both standing out as 4-star recruits.
Wallace, a consensus 4-star prospect, is the No. 3 linebacker and No. 44 overall recruit in the nation. Oatis, rated a 4-star prospect by three services, was a Class 6A Region 3 Power Lifting champion this year.
Offensive lineman Logan Schram, another 4-star recruit, is set to visit Arkansas after official visits to Texas Tech and TCU. Receiver Bryson Jones, also a 4-star recruit, has offers from several schools and is planning official visits after Arkansas.
Xavier Ukponu, a 3-star defensive lineman, is expected to visit Arkansas, along with tight end Drew Clemens, who received an offer from Arkansas in May. Offensive lineman Connor Howes and Austin Pay, both highly touted prospects, are also scheduled to visit Fayetteville this weekend.
Defensive back Charles Bass III, a 4-star recruit, will be making his return for an official visit along with safety Taijh Overton, an Arkansas commitment. Overall, this weekend promises to be a key recruiting opportunity for the Razorbacks as they look to secure top talent for their program.
