Candidates for the Little Rock Board of Directors will be drawing for their positions on the Nov. 5 ballot during the Pulaski County Board of Election Commissioners meeting. Nutt Brokers, is running for Phillips’ seat. Former mayoral candidate Glen Schwarz filed paperwork to run against Kumpuris, but was found ineligible to run due to a past felony conviction.
The drawing for ballot positions will take place at the Pulaski County Regional Building at 501 W. Markham St. in Little Rock.
