Deluca’s Little Rock location set to open in October

Anthony Valinoti, the owner of the popular Hot Springs pizzeria Deluca’s, is set to open a second location in West Little Rock’s Breckenridge Village shopping center on October 2nd. Valinoti, a former Wall Street money broker, was inspired to open Deluca’s in 2013 to recreate the delicious pizza he grew up eating in Brooklyn. Over the years, Deluca’s has gained acclaim from several magazines and online reviews, making it one of the most sought-after pizza spots in the state.

The new 6,000-square-foot location will offer a private dining room, an upstairs lounge, a bar, and seating for 190 guests. The menu will feature a variety of pizzas cooked in 725-degree ovens flown in from Italy, homemade pasta, gourmet burgers, fresh salads, meatballs, and their famous cannolis. This expansion is part of the revitalization of the Breckenridge complex, with several new restaurants opening in the area.

Unfortunately, progress on the expansion was delayed due to a tornado and a microburst storm that caused damage to the shopping center. Deluca’s is currently hiring for a variety of positions at the new location. Those interested in employment opportunities can contact Katie@DelucasLittleRock.com for more information.

Valinoti expressed his excitement for the new location, stating, “Our mission has always been simple: to feed people incredible food that is handmade with love. We’re thrilled to bring that commitment to Little Rock.” Fans of Deluca’s can stay updated on the latest news and updates by following the pizzeria’s Facebook page.
