Pop superstar Taylor Swift was spotted at Arrowhead Stadium, cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs as they kicked off the NFL season with hopes of a three-peat Super Bowl championship. Swift, known for supporting her boyfriend, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, has been a regular presence at Chiefs games, sporting unique Chiefs merchandise in red and gold and capturing attention from fans and media alike.
Swift and Kelce’s high-profile relationship began in July 2023 and was solidified during a Chiefs game in September of that year. Since then, the couple has been seen publicly supporting each other, with Kelce attending Swift’s concerts and Swift cheering on the Chiefs from a box at games.
The singer dropped her 11th album, “The Tortured Poets Department,” in April, with fans speculating that songs like “The Alchemy” and “So High School” were inspired by her romance with Kelce. At a recent show in Paris, Swift appeared to confirm these theories by performing “The Alchemy” and wearing a red and yellow outfit, a nod to the Chiefs colors.
Swift has one final leg of her Eras Tour starting in Miami on Oct. 18, allowing her four more chances to cheer on the Chiefs before heading out on tour again. With the NFL season running until December, Swift should have plenty of opportunities to support the Chiefs through the playoffs if they make it.
