Old Dominion Football will face Arkansas State for the final game of the 2024 season on Saturday, Nov. 30. The game will be broadcast on ESPN+ and on radio at ESPN Radio 94.1 FM. In their previous game, Old Dominion went head to head against Marshall and lost 42-35, with quarterback Colton Joseph putting up an impressive performance by completing 19-of-31 passes for 227 yards with two touchdowns and an interception. Running back Aaron Young recorded his third consecutive 100-yard rushing game while wide receiver Isiah Paige caught seven passes for 103 yards. The Monarchs have played a high number of one-score games in recent years, with 20 of their last 25 games being decided by a single score.
Looking at individual performances, Joseph has been a key player with 11 rushing touchdowns and ranking ninth in the Sun Belt with 180 passing yards per game. Young had a standout game against Marshall with 111 rushing yards and two touchdowns, leading the team with 768 yards and six touchdowns for the season. Furthermore, true freshman Na’eem Abdul-Rahim Gladding had a memorable touchdown catch in his first career game. Old Dominion’s safety Jahron Manning and linebacker Koa Naotala rank fifth and sixth in the Sun Belt in tackles per game with 8.1 and 7.7 respectively. The upcoming game against Arkansas State will be another exciting match-up as Old Dominion looks to finish its season on a high note.
