Several municipal races in Washington, Benton, and Sebastian counties in Arkansas went to a runoff election on December 3rd following the general election held in November. The unofficial results from these runoff races are as follows:
In Washington County, Molly Rawn secured 51.14% of the votes for Mayor, defeating incumbent Lioneld Jordan. Monique Jones won the Fayetteville City Council seat for Ward 4, Position 2 with 58.09% of the votes, while Audrey Wetzel emerged victorious in the Prairie Grove City Council race for Ward 1, Position 2 with 73.65% of the votes.
Moving to Benton County, Travis Harp won the Bella Vista City Council seat for Ward 1, Position 2 with 80.80% of the votes, and Anna Isbell narrowly secured the Ward 3, Position 1 seat with 50.81% of the votes. Additionally, Wendy Henson won the Centerton City Council seat for Ward 2, Position 1 with 62.94% of the votes, while Steven Guthrie emerged victorious in Pea Ridge City Council race for Ward 2, Position 1 with 72.92% of the votes.
In Sebastian County, Lee Kemp emerged victorious in the Fort Smith Board of Directors race for Ward 3, Position 3 with 66.53% of the votes, while Dawn Marie Hutchins won the Lavaca Alderman seat for Ward 2, Position 2 with 70.18% of the votes.
