New Layne’s Chicken Fingers Location Coming to Benton, NLR McCain Blvd. Set to Open in 2025

Layne’s Chicken Fingers, a popular quick-service chain founded in College Station, Texas in the mid-1990s, is set to make its debut in Arkansas with multiple locations opening before the end of the year. Franchisee Jake Willett has confirmed that a new location will open in Benton on Highway 5, with construction beginning soon on another store in North Little Rock on McCain Blvd. The franchise has ambitious plans to open a third location at the corner of Cantrell Road and Chenal Parkway.

Layne’s menu, which includes marinated chicken finger combos, crinkle-cut fries, Texas toast, and their signature Layne’s Sauce, has drawn comparisons to other popular chicken tender chains like Raising Cane’s. Despite this competition, Layne’s has been expanding rapidly, with plans to open new locations across the country as part of a franchise program launched in 2021.

Willett, who has signed a development deal to bring 10 Layne’s Chicken Fingers locations to Arkansas in the next five years, expressed confidence in the success of the new locations in the state. The franchise’s iconic Astro Chicken mascot and extensive menu offerings have helped it stand out in the competitive fast-food industry.

With the Benton location slated to open on December 16, Layne’s Chicken Fingers is set to bring its unique menu and dining experience to Arkansas, adding to its growing presence across the United States.
