UCA Football Gains 38 Fresh Signings


The University of Central Arkansas football program recently unveiled its new class of 38 student-athletes on National Signing Day. This diverse group hails from nine different states, with Arkansas leading the way with 16 recruits. The class includes a mix of positions, with players signed at wide receiver, defensive line, defensive back, offensive line, linebacker, quarterback, running back, and special teams roles.

Among the standout recruits are Jaylyn Spencer, a defensive tackle from East Central Community College, Trevion Traylor from Northwest Missouri State, defensive end Jakobe Shell from Henderson State University, defensive end Gary Lewis also from Henderson State University, wide receiver Tyrell Pollard from Hinds Community College, and wide receiver Kam Bibby from the University of Arkansas.

The class also includes key players such as quarterback Owen Miller from Harding Academy High School, tight end JT Layton from Oak Grove High School, running back Chapman McKown from the University of Oklahoma, offensive lineman Lane Jeffcoat from Rice University, and defensive tackle Jaxon Oliver from Fayetteville High School.
