Three Fold Noodles & Dumpling Co, a popular Chinese restaurant, is undergoing a menu revamp to introduce a wider selection of regional Chinese cuisine after a decade of service. The restaurant will continue to focus on its popular noodle and dumpling pastry dishes, while also unveiling a new breakfast menu exclusively at the Pleasant Ridge location.
The new menu will be rolled out in phases, starting with lunch and dinner options, then moving on to the beverage program. To make room for the new dishes, Three Fold will slowly phase out one item from its current menu. However, the restaurant’s signature dishes will remain relatively unchanged, with modifications to dumplings and noodles for an enhanced dining experience.
General manager Rebecca Yan explains that the boiled dumplings will now be steamed and served in bamboo steamers, while the noodle bowl will offer three different types of noodles instead of just spice level and protein selection. This expansion of the menu is intended to offer more regional flavors from areas such as Sichuan and Shanghai, as well as small bites inspired by Chinese street food.
Chef/owner Lisa Zhang, who learned to make dumplings as a child in northeastern China, is excited to showcase a wider range of Chinese flavors. For updates on the menu changes, customers are encouraged to follow Three Fold on social media or visit the website.
