Bennett Commercial Real Estate Joins Northwest Arkansas Council
Rogers-based Bennett Commercial Real Estate has been welcomed as one of the three new members of the Northwest Arkansas Council in 2024. The announcement was made at the council’s annual meeting in November. New members must be nominated by existing members and approved by the nominating committee on the council’s board. Cigna Healthcare and Nelms Dyslexia Foundation are the other new members.
Clinton Bennett, founder of Bennett Commercial Real Estate, expressed his team’s excitement at joining the council and being able to contribute to the region’s growth and development. The council, which currently has around 100 members, focuses on regional priorities such as infrastructure, workforce development, and economic development.
Nelson Peacock, the president and CEO of the Northwest Arkansas Council, welcomed Bennett Commercial Real Estate and highlighted the company’s expertise in commercial real estate as an asset in enhancing the region’s quality of life and driving sustainable growth. The council recently released its Vision 2030 plan, emphasizing the importance of enhanced healthcare infrastructure, an area in which Bennett Commercial Real Estate specializes.
Corey Fuhrman, the health care specialist at Bennett Commercial Real Estate, expressed optimism in the region becoming a healthcare destination due to the collaboration between health care systems outlined in the Vision 2030 plan. The plan aims to increase regional specialty care, expand the health care workforce, and strengthen regional research partnerships. With nearly $2 billion in ongoing and planned investments in healthcare infrastructure from 2018 to 2030, Bennett Commercial Real Estate is eager to invest in the community’s growth as it continues to evolve. The company currently has seven staff, including three brokers.
