Newly opened Saigon Noodle Station brings Vietnamese cuisine to West Little Rock

Saigon Noodle Station, a new Vietnamese restaurant, has opened in the former location of Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in West Little Rock. The menu includes a variety of pho, vermicelli noodle salad bowls, banh mi sandwiches, and Vietnamese rice dishes. The restaurant also offers vegan-friendly options like vegetable broth pho and tofu banh mi sandwiches. Despite the lingering sign for Dickey’s, the barbecue pit closed for good last year. Saigon Noodle Station is open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The drive-thru lane is currently reserved for third party pick up only.
