Similarly, the branded residences sector has seen rapid expansion, with demand from ultra-high-net-worth individuals for turnkey, serviced living experiences. Driftwood Capital has launched the Driftwood Lifestyle & Luxury Fund (DLLX) to focus on acquiring, developing, and lending on luxury hospitality assets, including branded residences. With a focus on curating high-potential markets and investing in experiential properties with strong brand partnerships, Driftwood aims to optimize the performance of its luxury portfolio. Leveraging technology-driven operations through its proprietary Domino platform, Driftwood Capital is set to deliver unique, personalized experiences for affluent travelers in the luxury and lifestyle sector.
