Celebrate The Pantry’s 16th Anniversary with a Paella Party at the WLR Location this Sunday

The Pantry owner Tomas Bohm is celebrating the 16th anniversary of his West Little Rock restaurant by serving up his famous paella on Sunday. Bohm, originally from the Czech Republic, opened The Pantry in the space that once housed Alouette’s and Gypsy’s Grill in 2009. The Arkansas Times described his venture as “the next logical step” in the culinary scene. In 2014, Bohm expanded with The Pantry Crest on Kavanaugh Boulevard, housed in the former location of The House restaurant and Sufficient Grounds.

The paella party will take place at the original location on N. Parham Road, with Bohm starting to cook at noon and the dish expected to be finished by 1:20 p.m. The restaurant will also be serving its full menu from noon until around 4 p.m. Food editor Rhett Brinkley at the Arkansas Times encourages readers to share restaurant tips and food selfies.

Bohm’s dedication to bringing Czech and German-inspired fare to Little Rock has been a hit with locals for over a decade. The anniversary celebration is a chance for customers to enjoy his signature dish and commemorate the restaurant’s success. With a loyal following and a commitment to quality, The Pantry continues to be a culinary hotspot in the area.
